Richa Bhagdev, an MCom and MBA graduate, TEDx speaker, and educator, has impacted over 5000 students since 2010. She offers skill development courses to various groups and serves as a district coordinator for Rog Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, reaching 10,000 individuals. Richa conducts workshops, webinars, and mentorship programs, runs a Care Centre for counseling, hosts a Book Club, and organizes field trips to empower youth in Gujarat.
